What is Svāhā Shiksha?
Svāhā Shiksha is the educational aspect of Svāhā that hopes to bring Vedic & Yogic educational resources to children & families.
The first two products under development are the Svāhā japa notebook & the Panchamahayajña card deck.
Hoping to come soon are books, songs & games to engage children into the learning of core principles of Ayurveda as well as tools to help them understand more about making Dharmic choices.

Why Shiksha starts at home.
Svāhā was purposely created with “home” in mind. This is because home is the place where children learn the most. Not through information but through exemplary action.
This, in turn makes it a wonderful opportunity for both children and parents to grow spiritually. Learning and evolving together.
As the parents learn more, they become better examples for the children.
