A dedicated space for the art and practice of Self-study (Svādhyāya)
Welcome to Svāhā
Svāha is here to help establish a committed and consistent path of Self-study (Swādhyāya) as a means to bring light, healing and purification to the mind.
Who is Svāhā for?
Yoga practitioners wanting to go deeper into the philosophy.
Ayurvedic practitioners that want to go deeper with their clients with mental counselling with Vedic psychology.
Spiritual seekers that simply wish to remain connected to a structured path and community of Self-study and mental refinement.
How does it work?
Svāhā offers regular classes and courses held within a community setting, that cover in-depth scriptural studies at a pace that enables one to remain consistent and committed to a path of self-study.
Additional to this are workshops and programs that share knowledge about the mind from the Vedic & Yogic perspectives.
