Ayurvedic practitioners that want to go deeper with their clients with mental counselling with Vedic psychology.
Spiritual seekers that simply wish to remain connected to a structured path and community of Self-study and mental refinement.
How does it work?
Svāhā offers regular classes and courses held within a community setting, that cover in-depth scriptural studies at a pace that enables one to remain consistent and committed to a path of self-study.
Additional to this are workshops and programs that share knowledge about the mind from the Vedic & Yogic perspectives.
