Who is this course for?

Meet your teacher

Rāmadāsal

After spending many years in various institutions and ashrams across India studying and teaching Sanskrit, Rāmadāsa has developed an eclectic teaching style that brings together ancient wisdom with modern methodologies.

Students worldwide have been learning Sanskrit under the guidance of Rāmadāsa. He has now created a crash course in Sanskrit that caters to the students immediate needs for chanting and correct pronunciation of Sanskrit and is offering it through Svāhā.

To meet Rāmadāsa and experience his teaching style you can join the FREE webinar on August 16th at 10am UK time. If you are unable to attend live, the recording will be available.

Commitment Level

This course is for sincere learners who wish to embark upon a path of learning Sanskrit. It is asked that attendance to the live classes is upheld as much as possible, to keep intact the commitment to learning as well as effort on part of our teacher, Ramādasā.

The purpose of live attendance is to allow real time pronunciation correction and work as a group in our learning.

Recordings of the classes will be available at special request.

Course Outline

Post-course continuation

It is intended that post- course, the Sasnkrit pratice will continue and become an integrated aspect of ones path of Svādhyāya.

This will look like regular sessions where we will chant stotrams and scripture together.

This has an incredible effect on the mind, which much research has been done, see “The Sanskrit Effect”.

Regular chanting helps to organise the mind, leading to better focus and concentration as well as clarity of thought and purification of speech.

Touching upon and experiencing the silence after chanting is where one can connect to the teachings on a vibrational level. This gives our thinking mind a rest and allows us to feel into the teachings - thus opening our awareness to a place that is beyond our minds and thoughts.
