A unique, one off piece, handmade by (tribal) artisan Chhhumna Devi in Himalayan regions of India.

This special prayer mat, known as "Asana" is made through the traditional craft lineage of Handloom in the state of Uttarakhand. 

Dimensions: 17.3 × 24 inches

The carpet is a wonderful addition to any space, adding depth and vibrancy. 

It can be used as a seat for meditation, pranayama or spiritual practices & study. 

(Traditionally, this woollen mat is used as a seating cover for warmth in colder regions and by priests in holy places during prayer and meditation.)

This product is brought to life through YUL www.yulhimalayas.com, a women-led (99% women) cultural enterprise rooted in the Indian Himalayas and based in Uttarakhand.
